Tata-Chika-Pika in Winter

Relax and unwind in this land of unspoiled scenic beauty and warm Northern Hospitality.

Tata-Chika-Pika is located 27 miles north of the village of Gogama in the beautiful rolling Stetham Hills. The region is known internationally for its fishing and scenery. Lake Tatachikapika is fed by springs and small lakes in the area and is the first large lake with water flowing toward the Arctic.
As this is a relatively virgin lake and no one else has built on it, the beauty is still unspoiled and rugged scenery of this wilderness district is unsurpassed.

If you're looking for the perfect place to get the most out of your snowmachine, look no farther than the scenic trails of this beautiful area. The Gogama wilderness area can truly be called a snowmobiler's paradise. We also offer gasoline.

Tata-Chika-Pika is an ideal place to enjoy nature in winter with its picture-perfect setting and plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities.

Our 6-unit motel offers sliding glass doors to pine decks, 2 double-size beds (extra cots available) with modern bathrooms.
When it's cold outside, it's hot inside, in our 9-person hot tub.

Our main lodge offers fine dining in our licensed dining room overlooking the lake. Choose a table by the window and savour your meal in our relaxed ambiance. After your relaxing meal, take in a game of pool in our recreation/games room.

The secluded frozen shores of Lake Tatachikapika are the perfect setting for your winter vacation get-away in the James Bay Frontier.
